Dr Kerryn Armstrong is a specialist psychiatrist committed to providing holistic care to individuals and their families, with the aim of healing and enhancing lives. Her particular interests include anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and trauma-related disorders, depressive and bipolar disorders, eating disorders and personality disorders.
She has special expertise in cognitive-behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brain working recursive therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy and psychoneuroimmunology neuromodulation, which she uses in combination with psychopharmacology to promote personal recovery in the fullest sense.
