Name Day

On Friday 8 September, Marist Brothers Linmeyer celebrated their Name Day in true Catholic tradition with a whole-school Mass. The name of this particular Marist school is Marian College, after Our Lady, Mary the Mother of Our Lord, Jesus. As she is the school's patroness, this celebration falls on her nativity, 8 September each year. Mass was celebrated by the chaplain Fr Tshepo Duik, with Fr Eduardo Gabriel and Fr Thabo Mothibe concelebrating.
